Shipping Policy

At Lab Jewels, we strive to provide all our customers with a fast and reliable shipping service. Below you will find all details regarding delivery times and shipping costs.

Delivery times

- Netherlands:
  Orders placed before 10:00 PM are delivered on the next business day via PostNL.
- Belgium:
  Delivery within 1 to 3 business days via Bpost.
- Other countries:
  Delivery times for countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium may vary and can be longer, depending on the destination and the local carrier. Where available, estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
During public holidays and peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order processing

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Orders are processed the same day or no later than the next business day .
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.

Not at home?

If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for collection or for scheduling a new delivery attempt.
